Occupant Forms:

Change of Address - Need to update your address, email, or phone number?  Simply print the form, complete and sign it, then email, mail, or drop it off at our office.

Credit Card Information Addendum - Tired of making trips to the office to make your payment? We offer convenient automatic payments. With automatic payments, your payment will be processed automatically on the first day of each month until you choose to stop the service or move out. Simply print the form, complete and sign it, then email, mail, or drop it off at our office.

Intake Application - Planning to rent a storage space at Cascade Self Storage? You will need to complete our intake application. You may fill out the form at home and bring it with you, or email it to the facility. Please contact the office to obtain the correct email address before sending.

Intent to Vacate - Getting ready to move out of your storage space? If you can’t locate your Welcome Packet with the Intent to Vacate form, you can print a copy here. Simply complete and sign the form, then email, mail, or drop it off at our office.
