Items you can't store in a storage space: 

• Ammunition
• Any living thing (plants, animals, people)
• Batteries
• Contraband
• Fertilizers and pesticides
• Flammable or combustible items (ie: fuels, oxygen cylinders, propane bottles)
• Hazardous or toxic materials (as described by law)
• Heirlooms, jewelry, works of art or items with sentimental value
• Infectious items
• Items that will attract pest
• Marijuana and Hemp (falls in the Odorous category)
• Odorous material or items
• Perishable, non-perishable food, and pet food
• Taxidermied items
• Trash or Garbage 

The gates open at 5:00 AM and close at 9:00 PM 7-day/week.  Our keypads lock down the gates coming in and going out at 9:00 PM.

No, self storage is for storage only.  By law it is illegal to use a self storage space for anything but storage of your belongings.

The rents here at Cascade Self Storage are due on the 1st of each month. They may be paid on or before the 1st of each month. 

We require a 10-day written intent to vacate notice.  

You may start moving your belongings in as soon as the rental agreement has been completed and signed by both of you; the occupant and the owner's agent.

Yes, as long as it is free standing.  You can't screw anything to the walls or overhead pipes.

Yes - no matter how bleak the living condition is or how nice the tenant is, we cannot allow tenants to live, sleep, or loiter in or at their space. It's illegal, dangerous and could lead to life threatening situations. 

Yes with limitations. To help maintain the safety of the facility, we do not allow garage sales at the storage space. You can however, place an ad on places like Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace for individual items and meet the individual buyer at the facility to show the item. We strongly recommend you do not give out your access information. 

Yes, we do.  Please see our Auctions page under the About Us tab.  Our auctions are held online only at https://www.storagetreasures.com.

Any vehicle 7 years and older must be inspected prior to renting a space for it.  All vehicles must be and remain roadworthy.  No vehicle can have flat or deflated tires, broken windows or glass, damaged or rusted exteriors.  Stored vehicles that sustain damage after being approved and the space rented will be given 7-days to repair or to provide proof of the scheduled repair.

A standard exterior storage space is much like your garage at home.  They are insulated but they do still get hot.  If you're concerned about the temperature inside the space we offer temperature-controlled storage spaces at our other locations that are air-conditioned in the summer and heated in the winter to avoid temperature extremes.

Temporarily only while you are at your storage space. You would need to speak to the manager to gain access to the outlet. 

In addition to our standard rental agreement we will need a vehicle addendum completed, along with a copy of your current proof of insurance card and a copy of your current registration.

No, the RV parking spaces are for vehicles, RVs, 5th wheels, travel trailers, boats on trailers only.  Other items need to be stored in a storage space.   Any vehicle in the RV parking spaces are not to be used as a storage space.  They are to only contain the items associated with the vehicle, such as the furnishing that come with it, items stored in the cabinets and closets for the express use within the vehicle.

No, the facility drives were not designed to accommodate large commercial semi trucks.
